About Pam (founder)

Hi and welcome! I have over 18 years of experience in the HR field and a Master's in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. I have had the opportunity to work for and with a number of amazing companies from Fortune 500s to start-ups. I've supported a multitude of functions including engineering, product, marketing, wealth management, G+A teams, and more.  Now, I've founded People Prop with the goal of leveraging my experience to prop up your HR function. I apply a broad and deep HR skill set with creativity and practicality to help you achieve the best outcomes. I am able to effectively balance the needs of the business and its people, with a macro-level and strategic mindset.  My approach is thoughtful, rational, and data-driven, and my goal is to be your partner in all things HR.
